Ryan Grier launched one of the first and largest home services ancillary benefits programs in the nation. Since then, he has continually worked with companies, associations, brokers and PEO’s to expand their voluntary benefit offerings for increased engagement and to differentiate their programs. Ryan excels at strategic partnerships and relationship building, which has been instrumental in forming lucrative partnerships with his creation and development of the Connect Your Home brand. Before entering the marketing and benefits world, Ryan held regional sales roles with leading telecommunications companies.
The first few steps in marketing and business development led Ryan down his career path while working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University and an Associate of Arts degree in Web Design and Multimedia from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Ryan prides himself on performance-based branding and advertising campaigns that are unique, incremental, and sustainable.
