Parul leads global marketing for Color’s enterprise and clinical channels, building Color’s brand among employers, partners, and healthcare providers. She joined Color with personal experience and a passion for the importance of broadening access to genetic information. Prior to joining Color, Parul served as VP of Growth for Weddington Way, where she led the company’s evolution from a multi-brand e-retailer to a vertically integrated omni-channel wedding fashion brand and its acquisition by Gap Inc. Prior to joining Weddington Way, Parul served as a Manager at Bain & Company, a management consulting firm, where she led teams working on strategic initiatives for primarily consumer, technology, and private equity clients and helped start Bain’s first consulting office in India. Parul holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Minor in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
