Lee Lewis runs Gallagher’s Innovation Lab practice, a mission-driven group devoted to improving the cost, quality and design of American healthcare, while improving the engagement and longevity of employees and their families.
The Innovation Lab has a track record of bringing breakthroughs to America’s largest employers. It was among the first in the country to bring sophisticated health plan audits to private employers. It pioneered the wholesale employer direct purchase of specialty drugs. His team led a grassroots effort to identify and monitor all independent freestanding Emergency Rooms in Texas.
Lee serves on the Advisory Board of five health startups working to solve meaningful healthcare problems and is an active speaker and contributing thought leader in the healthcare benefits industry.
Lee is a Rhodes Scholar Nominee. He graduated Second in his Class, Magna cum Laude with University Honors in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
