Assistant VP of Product Management & Development – CIGNA Healthcare

Craig Iredell is Assistant Vice President of Product Management and Development for Cigna Healthcare. He is currently responsible for the strategy, management, and development of Cigna’s Voluntary Supplemental Health group and individual product portfolio including: Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and other voluntary insurance lines. In this role, Craig is responsible for providing innovative and flexible product solutions to meet Cigna’s broad Healthcare, Group, and Individual distribution channel needs, including: employer group, private exchange, direct-to-consumer, and affinity/association markets.

Craig brings more than 20 years of product development, product management, and customer insights experience into the benefits industry. In addition, Craig has also led several customer, client, and broker-centric research studies on topics including: Share of Wallet, Voluntary Broker Insights, and Voluntary Benefits for Part-time/Hourly employees. He is also a speaker and contributor to industry conferences, panels and publications.

Prior to joining Cigna in 2007, Craig held roles as Assistant Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Director of Operations, and Product Manager in the insurance and financial services industries
