Dr. Khanna will be leading the Medical Tourism Media & Press Training Workshop at the 5th World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress. This skill-building session will teach media skills from a real medical journalism professional.  She will share her experiences in front of and behind the camera and offer practical guidance to help individuals reach the media with important health stories, be camera-ready, and get their message across. Because Dr. Mona currently holds a position at the intersection of medical education and media, she will teach how to recognize and overcome common pitfalls in communicating health information to general audiences, with tips on everything from appearance to effectively framing messages.
