WMTC Taiwan to Feature a Case Study on “Sustainable Healthcare: the Free Trade Zone: Jeju Healthcare Town”

Join us for a unique look at how “Free Trade Zones” fit into sustainable healthcare projects. As manager of the Korean government’s special agency Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC) based in Jeju Island, OH Eunsan Albert will share his experiences and insights on this topic.  

As South Korea’s first special self-governance province; the JDC provides a variety of incentives to local, domestic, and foreign investors in the areas of resort businesses, healthcare, information technology biotechnology, education, and food and beverages. Mr. Albert is responsible for global business development and managing overseas networks for the JDC. He has also been developing an Operational Strategy in cooperation with local and international partners, and has been the leader for many in-house projects to develop creative social welfare programs for the JDC.

Mr. Albert possesses a unique multicultural background having grown up with three native languages. He grew up in the U.S., graduated from a university in Korea and started his career at Shanghai(CN).
