Bill Hanson to Speak at Medical Directors Summit at World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress

Bill Hansen is Vice President of Business and Strategic Development for Provision Healthcare. He will be a panelist at the 4th annual Medical Directors Summit at the World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress taking place from September 27 – 29 in Orlando, Florida.

Since he joined in 2012, he is responsible for business and strategic planning, marketing and public relations. He has over twenty years of experience in business and marketing management with U.S. and international market experience. He has also provided comprehensive marketing, product development and sales direction in his previous positions.

Before working at Provision, Bill was in charge of the marketing and strategic planning for IBA, a Belgian company which produces proton therapy equipment. While there, Bill helped the company to build a leadership position in market share and revenues. He spearheaded corporate strategic planning, market research and promotional analysis.

Prior to IBA, he spent 10 years at Colle + McVoy in Minneapolis, MN, where he was an advertising strategic planner for multiple clients, including Medtronic, 3M and Pfizer.

He began his career in Silicon Valley, where was a Business Unit Manager for KLA-Tencor, a semi-conductor equipment manufacturer in San Jose, CA. 

Bill holds a BSEE degree from Missouri Institute of Technology and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
