Ruth Larkin


With almost 30 years in the Employee Benefit Market, Ruth Larkin has forged successful relationships and employer solutions with every market sector, and worked with virtually every product offer available. From Fortune 50 employers, to upstart entrepreneurial ventures, the experienced gained is invaluable and purposeful in these changing times.

Ruth is a recognized sales leader, speaker and committed advocate for enhancing awareness of the challenges surrounding LTC. She was a sales leader and 17 year veteran at John Hancock Group LTC, where she placed $50 million in LTC Programs nationwide. She built a start-up operation in 2010 and has merged that success with this world class team at J. Manning & Associates.

She holds a Certification in Long-Term Care (CLTC), is a member of the Society of Actuaries LTC Group, the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance (AALTCI), NAHU and participates in NAHU’s National LTC Advisory Committee. Ruth received the Leadership Award for Excellence in Voluntary Benefits from Voluntary Benefits Magazine and the 2012 Voluntary Benefits Conference, in recognition “For dedication and passionate pursuit to raise awareness of the challenges surrounding LTC”. She is a graduate from Wichita State University
