Carol Shelby

Carol Shelby is Shareholder and Co-owner of Continuant, a telecommunications company south of Seattle, WA. She believes that transparency in billing is one of the keys to improving our healthcare marketplace. Carol has directed Continuant’s employer-funded, reference-based-pricing plan for the last several years. In this role, Carol looks for opportunities to connect employees to high-quality healthcare outside a conventional insurance/network design.
