Rosanna Gomez Moreno is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas, and is a partner with McMains Moreno Global Consultants, a consulting and project development company focused on the Latin American market. Ms. Moreno attended the University of Texas at San Antonio earning her B.A. in 1983 and earned an M.A. in International Relations from St. Mary’s University in 1994. In 1999, Ms. Moreno received her Juris Doctorate from the South Texas College of Law in Houston. Ms. Moreno serves on the Medical Tourism Association Advisory Board in Miami.
A Primer on Global Affiliations, published in the January 2013 edition of the Medical Tourism Magazine. She has spoken on various topics related to global healthcare at conferences and seminars across the globe, from San Antonio to Seoul.
