O.C. Tanner Exhibits Wellbeing Application at Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress in Washington D.C.

O.C. Tanner, the leader in global rewards and recognition, is presenting employee wellbeing research and showing a wellness application at the Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress in Washington D.C. from September 25 -28.

With the recent release of the O.C. Tanner Institute’s Health and Wellbeing study, it’s clear that now more than ever a well-rounded strategy for employee wellbeing is key to a successful workplace. Rather than physical health alone, the study shows that social wellness and emotional wellness are often overlooked, yet key components to keeping employees happy and engaged in the workplace.

“Our customers work with us to help them influence greatness in their culture and wellbeing throughout their organization,” said David Sturt, executive vice president at O.C. Tanner. “Our study shows that as employee well being increases, its positive effects resonate throughout the organization and teams become more productive, more collaborative and more innovative. As organizations better understand employee well being, they will be better equipped to implement programs that successfully impact it.”

O.C. Tanner will be at the show presenting a variety of information on wellbeing as well as an application that companies can use to benefit their employees physical, emotional and social health.

The conference is expected to bring in up to 2,500 attendees from across the world to learn the latest in the benefits and HR communities and to network with other companies interested in doing business with their target audience.

The EHBC will host several initiatives to bring the latest developments and offerings in the industry to attendees. Some of this year’s events include:

  • Tom Rath, Six time best-selling author presenting keynote session, “Are You Fully Charged?” on Monday, September 26 at 8am EST.
  • Lynda Jeppesen, SVPHR Larry H. Miller Corporation, Michelle Smith, VP O.C. Tanner will lead a session, “What I Got Right from Failing at Corporate Wellness” for certification credit on Sunday, September 25 at 2pm EST.
