Mary Miller will Present the Benefits of Certification at the World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress

Mary B. Miller is the Manager of Continuous Quality Improvement for the Medical Tourism Association and a Managing Partner at MPROVE GLOBAL, Inc. She has over 8 years of experience in the daily management of healthcare facilities, proven leadership in change management, and the implementation of continuous quality improvement models in various countries. Miller focuses primarily on the process and structural factors influencing long-term sustainability for improvement models unique and realistic for individual countries or facilities.

Mary has also served as President & CEO of the Latin America & Caribbean Society for Quality & Safety in Healthcare, allowing Miller to provide a portfolio of resources with economic considerations for developing countries and professionals within these regions. Previously, Ms. Miller also worked at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC, USA.


She will present twice at the World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress in Orlando, Florida from September 27 – 29. Her first session will be an educational workshop titled Certification Value- Country & Educational Case Studies where Mary and two other speakers will present three case studies of the benefits of certification. Her second presentation will be part of the Certified Medical Tourism Professional® Core Competency Workshops (CMTP). The CMTP is an-depth training program that will allow you to understand the medical tourism industry, acquire marketing and business development tools to improve and grow your business while networking and building relationships with industry stakeholders.
