The World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress announces Gordon Otieno Odundo as the moderator for the Pediatric Forum taking place at the annual conference taking place in Orlando, FL from September 27 – 30. Mr. Odundo has more than 15 years of experience as an executive in the health sector, and 11 years as an executive with international hotel groups.
He is presently Chief Executive Officer of Gertrudes Children’s Hospital. During his tenure as CEO, the hospital has won awards for excellence in the nursing sector and in management of the hospital itself and in the area of financial clarity and transparency. Thanks to Gordon, Gertrudes is now a one-stop hospital for all matters pediatric and is a leader in childcare throughout the Sub-Saharan region.
Mr. Odundo, received his MBA from United States International University in Nairobi and his Postgraduate Certificate in Hospital Management from the Leeds University Nuffield Institute of Health. He has created and administered interventions focused on improving the effectiveness of the health sector and all of its players. His focus is on ensuring financial stability of the organizations he is working with via collaboration and conflict resolution.
