Don Williams is the CEO of Princeton Healthcare Inc. (PHI), a global financial advisory and consulting firm specializing in supporting healthcare, technology and infrastructure companies worldwide will present at the 8th World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress in Orlando FL, from September 27 – 30. As a global solutions provider, Mr. Williams directs loans and investments to healthcare firms, international companies and governmental agencies looking to acquire additional businesses, to support their growth objectives. PHI also provides medical and information technologies to companies looking to update their capabilities to improve overall financial performance, and clinical outcomes.
In his position as CEO of Princeton, Mr. Williams engineered the first sale of equipment and technology to Cote D’Ivore (Ivory Coast) which was underwritten by the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Since, he has completed numerous construction equipment, service and financing in Asia, Africa and Latin America, and is now regarded as an authority in emerging markets. These financing achievements lead to a receipt of an award from the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Prior to his role at Princeton Healthcare, Mr. Williams was an executive at several large international corporations such as Hewlett Packard and Siemens. In this capacity, he handled international trade and financing transactions in Canada, Europe and Latin America; and developed healthcare technology and services markets in a number of emerging markets.
Former President Jimmy Carter selected Don to be a member of the Board of Councilors of the Carter Center, a human rights organization based in Atlanta.
Don will speak at the 4th Caribbean & Island Ministerial Summit on Sunday, September 27. The 4th Caribbean & Island Ministerial Summit brings together esteemed leaders from the Caribbean to give innovative presentations and allows for targeted interactions between provider and buyer countries. He will also present an educational breakout session titled “Medical Tourism Investment” which will discuss how investment to build new hospitals and will cover what percent goes towards Medical Tourism, what needs to happen to get investment, and what investors look for.
